Terms and Conditions

By submitting a reservation request with Chauffeur Canada (chauffeurcanada.ca), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. For any questions, please contact us at info@chauffeurcanada.ca.

Booking & Payment

  • Secure Online Reservations: For your convenience and security, all reservations must be made through our secure online booking system. We do not accept reservation requests via phone or email.

  • Payment Process: Your credit card will not be charged at the time of submission. Our team first reviews every request to ensure accuracy and availability. Once your reservation is officially accepted, your credit card will be charged for the full amount. All services must be prepaid.

  • Booking Confirmation: You will receive a detailed confirmation email once our team has reviewed and accepted your booking. If you do not receive it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Pricing & Inclusions

  • One-Way Fares: All prices displayed are for one-way, point-to-point transfers. Return trips must be booked as a separate reservation.

  • All-Inclusive Rates: Our fares include the base rate, local taxes (HST), and standard driver gratuity.

  • Additional Charges: Tolls for the 407 ETR highway and any parking fees incurred are not included in the initial fare. These charges will be added to your final bill if applicable.

Airport Procedures

  • Toronto Pearson (YYZ) Pickup Instructions:

    • Terminal 1: Please proceed to the Pre-Arranged Services desk at DOOR A.

    • Terminal 3: Please proceed to the Pre-Arranged Services desk at DOOR A / POST 7.

    • Upon arrival at the desk, please ask the commissionaire to page your vehicle from Chauffeur Canada.

  • Flight Monitoring: We monitor all incoming flights for airport pickups to adjust your pickup time automatically in case of airline delays.

  • Customer-Related Delays: You are required to notify our office immediately at info@chauffeurcanada.ca if you anticipate delays not related to your flight (e.g., customs, baggage claim issues).

Wait Time Policy

  • Airport Pickups (Complimentary): We provide a complimentary grace period after your flight has landed and arrived at the gate.

    • Domestic Flights: 60 minutes

    • International Flights: 90 minutes

  • Non-Airport Pickups (Complimentary): We provide a 15-minute grace period for all other pickups (e.g., from a residence, hotel, or office).

Waiting time charges may apply once the complimentary grace period has elapsed.

Vehicle & Passenger Policies

  • Luggage Capacity: Our standard sedans can accommodate approximately two large suitcases and two carry-on bags. If you have excess or oversized luggage, please select a larger vehicle class during booking or contact us to ensure we can meet your needs.

  • Child Seats: For the safety of our youngest passengers, child seats are available upon request for an additional fee of $15 CAD per seat. Please specify your requirements when making your reservation.

  • In-Vehicle Conduct: For the safety and comfort of all, smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all Chauffeur Canada vehicles.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: To cancel a reservation, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice by sending an email to info@chauffeurcanada.ca. A 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full reservation amount. No-shows will also be charged the full amount with no refund.
