Our Rates & Policies
At Chauffeur Canada, we are committed to providing a premium transportation experience with transparent and straightforward pricing. To ensure complete clarity, we ask our clients to review the following policies.
Please note that all rates and confirmations are subject to a final audit after your trip is completed. This ensures the final invoice accurately reflects the services provided, including any tolls, wait times, or additional stops.
Rates & Billing Details
What's Included in Your Rate Our pricing is designed to be comprehensive. In addition to the base vehicle rate, your bill will include any applicable charges incurred during your trip, such as:

Parking Fees
Fuel Surcharges
Additional Stops
Additional Wait Time
Hourly Bookings Services booked by the hour are billed for the minimum number of hours you reserved. If your journey extends beyond this initial period, the additional time will be billed in 30-minute increments.
Minimum Hour Policy The minimum number of hours posted for a vehicle is the shortest duration for which we will accept a booking. This is not necessarily your final billed time. You will be billed for the actual duration of your service, starting from the reserved minimum.
Grace Period for Direct Transfers For point-to-point and airport return transfers, we provide a 15-minute grace period at your pickup location. This grace period does not apply to airport arrival pickups. If you exceed the 15-minute grace period, wait time will be charged in 30-minute increments based on the vehicle's hourly rate.
Pricing Changes To reflect current market conditions, including fuel and operational costs, our pricing is subject to change without notice. We are committed to providing the most current rates at the time of your booking.
Reservation, Change & Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Chauffeur Canada, you authorize the charges to your provided credit card or corporate account in accordance with our policies.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@chauffeurcanada.ca.
Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Specialty Vehicles: Cancellations for specialty vehicles (e.g., limousines, buses) must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip to avoid a cancellation fee.
Airport Transfers: All airport arrival and departure transfer cancellations must be received no less than 72 hours prior to the pickup time. For round-trip bookings, each leg of the journey must be cancelled separately.
Proof of Cancellation: It is the client's responsibility to retain the email confirmation of their cancellation.
IMPORTANT: No Show Policy for Airport Pickups If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the airport, you must contact our office immediately before seeking alternative transportation. Failure to contact us before leaving the pickup location will result in a full "no-show" charge for the trip.
Chauffeur Canada is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather or unforeseen mechanical issues.
Change Policy We require that all changes to your reservation be made via email or our online live chat. Changes cannot be made with the chauffeur.
All changes must be received at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and are subject to vehicle availability.
If a requested change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the original reservation.
Additional Charges
Late-Night & Early-Morning Surcharges: Additional charges may apply to reservations for airport pickups with an arrival time after midnight, or for any booking scheduled between 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM EST.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled reservation date.
